The seminar was led by Sister Principal and Counselor Miss Navneet Kaur. The session began with an introduction of the topics and emphasizing the importance of understanding the digital world and its potential pitfalls. She highlighted how social media can affect mental health, self-esteem, and academic performance if not used wisely. Counselor Miss Navneet Kaur took the stage to delve deeper into these issues. She provided practical strategies for managing social media usage. Miss Kaur also stressed the importance of setting personal and academic goals, encouraging the students to envision their future and work towards their aspirations with determination and clarity. In addition to discussing social media and goal-setting, Miss Kaur addressed the topic of friendships. She guided the students on recognizing positive and negative influences in friendships and how to build supportive and healthy relationships. She emphasized that good friends should uplift and encourage each other while toxic relationships can hinder their personal growth and well-being.
