Description: A seminar was organized on July 23, 2024 by 'Art of Living Organization at the school conference hall. The theme of the seminar was 'Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan'. The resource persons gave tips to students about meditation so that they remain focus in life. Students were encouraged to meditate. They learnt to remain calm and composed in every situation.
